RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REPAIRS POLICIES
Returns/Exchanges: Each item is made to order for the customer, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you accidentally placed an order that was incorrect, please contact me right away so we can resolve the issue. Custom orders will be a FINAL SALE.

Repairs: Repairing jewelry is a case-by-case basis. All repair requests after 30 days will be subject to a fee. If your chain is broken, chain replacements are $25. This also includes a complimentary polishing service. ( customer is responsible for shipping costs) To proceed with the repair inquiry please contact me and send a photo of the item at moanaleijewelry@gmail.com

Sizing Info: Please make sure your sizing is correct before ordering! If you are unsure of your ring size I have ring sizers available for purchase. If you've ordered the wrong size please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order and I can honor a one time size exchange for the right size*. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a re-working fee of $5-$10.
